Rest assured that we follow strict guidelines
from Coeliac UK to ensure that we prevent cross contamination.
We have a thorough wash down and cleaning procedure in place
for the kitchens
and all equipment before we commence baking gluten-free products.
Our delicious products are freshly made to order, therefore
breads are best enjoyed within 4 days of delivery and all
other products within 7-10 days.
But the great thing is all our products can be frozen. Freeze
on day of delivery for up to 3 months.
And
for your piece of mind we do not add artificial preservatives
or additives and only use free range eggs.
Important:
All our products may contain traces of nuts.
Our white & brown bread is normally topped with sunflower
and pumpkin seeds. However if you would prefer that they are
omitted, please advise us at the time of ordering.
We
can also adapt some of our recipes to be dairy-free. Please
contact us to discuss your requirements.

Cakes are freshly made to order and supplied to Karen’s Occasional Cakes for decoration. Celebration cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks notice and are collection only from Windsor. Wedding cakes require a minimum of 6 weeks notice and are normally delivered and assembled at the venue dependant on location.
